User Data Deletion – CaloriChat

This page explains how users can request the deletion of their personal data, including information obtained via Facebook Login.

How can I delete my data?

Go to "Account Settings" inside CaloriChat and use the "Delete account" option to start the deletion process.

Email jhon.acosta@calorichat.com from the same address you use to sign in (including Facebook or Google sign-in) to request deletion.

We delete the user account and associated authentication data in our identity provider.
We delete CaloriChat usage data linked to that account, including meal logs, nutrition plans, saved preferences, and any other personal information stored in our production databases.

Most data is deleted immediately or within a maximum of 30 days.
Backups and system logs may retain limited information for legal and security reasons for an additional period, but they are no longer used for operational or commercial purposes.
